We usually despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order but please allow 7 days for delivery. If, for any reason, we are unable to despatch your order within 3 working days we will let you know and give you an estimated despatch date.
All orders weighing under 1.25kg are sent by first class post. If you are not available to take delivery of your order the postman will leave your parcel with a neighbour. If no neighbour is available the parcel will be returned to your local PO depot and the postman should leave you a card with details. You can then collect your order from the depot or arrange a new delivery date.
Heavier orders are usually sent by a 24 hour courier service. The courier should notify you by text and/or email about the expected delivery day and the expected 1 hour delivery slot. The courier will try to deliver on 2 consecutive working days. If after 2 days you are not able to take delivery of your order it will be taken to the courier's depot - the courier should leave you a card with details. You can then collect your order from the depot.

Standard UK delivery (Monday to Friday):

Free for all orders £40 or over
Express 2 day delivery (Monday to Friday)
£8 for all orders
Express delivery is a guaranteed delivery service. Any orders received by 1pm will be despatched the same day for guaranteed next day delivery. We are sorry but we can't provide an express delivery service for rugs, some silver jewellery and Christmas trees but will always try our best for you.
Delivery charges are included in the price of our Christmas trees - there are no additional delivery charges when you checkout. Please note that these trees will be delivered by courier and a signature will be required by the courier, so please ensure that someone is available to take delivery. The courier will make two attempts to deliver on successive working days, after which the tree will be returned to the local depot for collection. We are sorry but we are unable to specify delivery dates, however we will send you a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your tree.
Sorry, we can't deliver Christmas trees to remote areas of the UK or overseas.
Remote areas of the UK
For remote areas of the UK such as Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands there are no additional charges for orders weighing less than 1.25kg as they are sent by first class post.
Orders weighing more than 1.25kg are sent by 24 hour courier so the delivery charges are much higher. The charges will be shown once you enter the delivery address in the checkout. We are sorry, but the couriers charge much more for delivery to such areas but it is a 24 hour express service.
We deliver to most places in Europe as well as Canada, USA and Australia. Most orders under 1kg are sent by Air mail and there is no tracking service for these. Orders weighing more than 1kg are sent by international courier and are tracked.
When you place your overseas order you will be charged a cost for delivery. The charges will be shown once you enter the delivery address in the checkout.
We usually despatch back orders within 2 weeks of you placing your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to despatch your order within two weeks we will let you know and give you an estimated despatch date. You are entitled to cancel your order and have a full refund at any time up to the point of despatch.
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy please return it to us, in the original packaging, within 21days of receipt and we will give you a refund for that item or an exchange provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.
if an item is faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item, please return it to us and we will give you a refund for the return postage and the related delivery charges. We will also provide a replacement or a give you a refund for the item itself.
To return an item simply complete the returns note that accompanies your delivery note and send it back with the item to the address on the returns note. We strongly advise you obtain proof of posting.
We will process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
